2. Account Deletion Process
To delete your account, please follow these steps:

Required Information: Please include the following details in your email:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- The app name for which you request deletion
- Reason for deletion (optional)

Verification: After we receive your request, we may email you for identity verification.

Processing Time: Your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days and your
account will be permanently deleted.

Confirmation: Once the deletion is completed, we will notify you by email.
Important Notes
- Once your account is deleted, your data will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.
- If you have ongoing subscriptions, we recommend canceling them first.
- App-specific data (records, photos, reports, etc.) will be lost.
- Even if you sign up again with the same email, you will not be able to access your previous data.
- This action cannot be undone, so please make sure before proceeding.

Before deleting your account permanently, you may consider these options:
- Disable Account: If you want a temporary break, you may choose to disable your account (if available in the app).
- Notification Settings: Turn off email or push notifications to reduce messages.
- Privacy Settings: Review and adjust your data sharing preferences.
4. Data Retention Policy
After your account is deleted:
- Your personal data is permanently removed from our systems.
- Data we must keep due to legal obligations (invoices, transaction logs) will be anonymized where applicable.
- Removal from backups may take up to 90 days.
- After completion, your data cannot be restored.
